So, 5x720=3600 sft (1 Katha =720 sft)

5 katha MGC=62.5% and FAR=3.5 feet(reference =see Google and type Rajuk FAR schedule)

TBA=3600x3.5=12600sft
MGC=3600x62.5%=2250sft

Building Height=TBA/MGC
=12600/2250
=5.6
So, building Height= G+5.6
